**Job Summary**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ability to interpret corporate strategies and transform them into practical project plans
- Responsible for the planning and successful delivery of functional IT projects
- Champion IT projects from original concept through to final implementation
- Create, update, and maintain IT project plans and training manuals, and facilitate the development and training of team members
- Source, assess and select third party vendors or partners to help facilitate project completion
- On-call support
- Collaborate efficiently with partners and vendors to deliver projects according to plan and budget
- Ensure that related project processes are completed as required and perform within the agreed upon service level agreement
- Responsible for reporting project transparency with clear progress metrics and timely updates to management

**Education**:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree or work experience

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead team members and third-party vendors to achieve outlined results
- Ability to multi-task in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strategic and forward thinker, the ability to see the big picture while keeping the details in mind
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Action oriented for challenging concepts and new assignments
- Ability to prioritize coordination of multiple assignments in order of importance

**Experience & Requirements**:

- Experience with managing vendor bids and performance
- Financial management skills in understanding and analyzing project budget and prepared P&L statements
- 3 years of IT Project Management

**Working Environment**:

- Team oriented and collaborative workplace
- Pressure to meet challenging priorities and deadlines
- Available for first escalation/on-call
- Respond for emergency situations including some overtime and after-hours/weekend work

This position will report directly to Metalogics management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
