Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for client relations
- Procurement of materials
- Establishment of Sub-Contractor agreements
- Daily supervision of field operations
- Supervision of supervisors and site personnel
- Maintenance of all project logs
- Preparation, maintenance, updating, and reporting on schedules
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Participation in meetings with Architects, Owners, Sub-Trades, and Staff
- Document management
- Oversight of all financial aspects of the project
- Compilation of deficiency and punch lists

As a Project Manager, you are expected to exemplify professionalism and possess strong interpersonal skills while dedicated to the organization's ongoing success. In this role, your responsibilities include:

- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing and meeting client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of all project requirements.
- Conducting regular meetings to review project progress, address any issues, and make necessary plan adjustments.
- Creating detailed project budgets, monitoring costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Reviewing and preparing all project documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to the client.
- Mentoring and guiding junior project managers, project coordinators, and supervisors.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Ensuring sufficient staffing levels and resources are available to meet project needs and assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolving resource conflicts and optimizing project efficiency through effective resource allocation.
- Implementing quality control measures to uphold industry standards and meet client expectations.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality audits to promptly identify and address any issues.
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the project.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with construction regulations.
- Soliciting feedback from clients throughout the project lifecycle to identify areas for improvement and enhance future project outcomes.
- Proposing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
- Completion of a diploma in Project Management, Construction, Building Technology, or a degree in Architecture/Engineering.
- Demonstrated success with several years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of various construction trades and techniques.
- Results-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
