**MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION**

We are currently seeking an intermediate Project Manager to join our Operations department. Position reports to the EVP of Operations.
- To execute the project from contract signing to turn-over and acceptance by the client
- Review all project documents (drawings, specifications, and tender documents) for all projects they are assigned.
- Supports the field staff as required by assisting in drawing reviews, scope review and changes
- Solicit competitive tenders from subtrades and equipment suppliers and issue purchase orders and contracts as required
- Provide budgets for use in purchasing and job costing and track all progress on assigned projects
- Review monthly job costing reports from accounting. Reconcile change orders, billings and holdbacks with accounts receivable.
- Provide monthly billing reports and ensure client is invoiced correctly to contract
- Attend all site visits when required
- Work with the site supervisor and foreman to establish a project schedule and track to completion
- Work with site supervisor and foreman on commissioning activities ensuring the design intent has been met
- Maintain proper paper and electronic job files
- Ensure timely completion of project closeout requirements including O&M Manuals and As-Build drawings
- Preside over the client training sessions
- Ensure all client correspondence is on time and complete
- Collaborate with other members of the Operations team
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners.
- Interface with all levels of organization both internally and externally

Position requirements:

- Prior experience working in the construction sector. Mechanical experience is mandatory
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A working knowledge of computers in particular Microsoft Office, Project and Procore
- The ability and desire to grow with the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- mechanical contracting: 2 years (preferred)
