Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and track project costs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Use project management tools such as Kanban, Visio, and SharePoint to monitor progress
- Implement project management methodologies, including Waterfall and SAFe
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- **Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of snow removal operations during the winter season. This includes scheduling crews and equipment, monitoring weather conditions, ensuring timely response to snowfall events, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and service level agreements**

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management techniques and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and budgeting
- Familiarity with program management principles
- Proficiency in using tools like Visio, SAFe, and SharePoint
- Post-secondary education, demonstrated leadership or managerial experience, and fluency in English are required
