Guest Experience Representative - Lone Star Mercedes-Benz

We are seeking a friendly and professional part-time guest relations representative to accommodate and delight our valued clientele This position is specifically for Thursday, Friday and Saturday every week from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Additional hours may be available depending on your availability. **Responsibilities**:

- Represent Lone Star Mercedes-Benz with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate guest requirements for our various departments
- Coordinate and monitor new and pre-owned vehicle delivery appointments
- Organize departmental needs for our sales and lot attendant teams
- General office management duties
- Maintain the reception area and lounge in a tidy and presentable manner
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
- Pleasant and professional telephone demeanour
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Experience with CDK Global is considered an asset
