Direct accountability for the execution of all strategic initiatives as well as account specific opportunities in an effort to drive growth at one of Canadas largest retailers. Internal leadership of all aspects of general customer management to maximize influence at the customer level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Align and develop multi-level and multi-functional productive relationships at key national account.
- Effectively execute corporate priorities and identify all customer specific growth levers.
- Maintain corporate mandated profit contribution at the customer level through effective management of assigned spending budgets and other efficiencies.
- Effectively utilize syndicated and account specific data to identify opportunities and provide management with post analysis results. Interface with Marketing and Sales Management to identify opportunities and develop regional initiatives.
- Vital to provide leadership within a team structure and work closely with all internal functions.
- Provide accurate forecasting on an ongoing basis to assist with corporate Supply Chain efficiencies.
- Ensure all corporate admin / HR tasks are completed on time and accurate.
- Provide broker partners with impactful retail priorities that drive improvement at the store level.
Experience, Skills, Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of food manufacturing sales experience required.
- Experience should include Canadian National chain account responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of the Canadian retail landscape.
- Experience with AC Nielsen and customer specific POS analysis driving insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality.
- Strong technical skills.
- Must be able to multitask and juggle numerous priorities.
- Financial acumen and previous P&L experience required.
