Through its three divisions, Concord National, Indigo Natural Products, and Stack Merchandising, we provide sales, retail coverage, import, distribution, and coast-to-coast merchandising services to support brands in major chains and independent stores nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced National Client Manager to join our Concord National division in the GTA region. This senior role has significant impact on the growth and success of leading brands in the Canadian market. This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Mississauga office. Why Join Us? The Opportunity The National Client Manager will lead the development of assigned brands within the Canadian market. A key responsibility is to build strong relationships with key contacts across clients and customers. You will deliver sales targets within assigned accounts and categories while staying within budget guidelines. Primary Duties Build short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies for each assigned brand Establish and deliver annual sales targets ensuring growth and profitability of assigned brands Assist in the development of brand franchise Assume appropriate leadership in marketing efforts and logistics functions Participate actively with the Sales Teams, including monthly sales calls Develop and present annual planning session for related and assigned accounts/brands Develop an understanding of the industry and transfer knowledge to management, reporting on competitive and industry news Work weekends or overtime during trade‑show season as needed Comply with all Standing Operational Procedures and company policies Act as a Concord ambassador, exemplifying our culture in all communications and interactions The Candidate Education and Experience Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, sales or related field 5+ years in sales or marketing in conventional CPG, ideally with experience in the food broker sector Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Action‑oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Proven strategic and analytical thinking Strong leadership ability required for this senior role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel & PlayPoint Methodical and organized Excellent communication skills; able to present in formal and informal settings Ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks appropriately Comfortable working through ambiguity Works autonomously and as part of a team Builds and maintains exceptional relationships internally and externally Additional Information Travel: Limited travel for trade shows and sales meetings Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based tasks What We Offer A dynamic, collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and benefits package Interested?
