**Position Details**

Reporting to the Project Manager, Accessibility, Belonging & Community, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of projects and activities that are focused on institutional accessibility, community engagement and belonging. Key initiatives include conducting research on best practices in post-secondary education, designing and facilitating training sessions, data analysis and visualization, institutional events, as well as the overall administrative support for all projects and events focused on accessibility, belonging & community.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification and compensation review for Exempt Support Staff (ESS) positions. As such, the salary range currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.

**Position Qualifications**
- A University degree is required. 1-2 years’ experience working in a university setting is required. Additionally, the incumbent must have experience conducting best practices research, data analysis and reporting. A combination of related experience and knowledge will be considered. This role will work very closely with the ABC Project Manager to support the development of the ABC network across the campus.
- Strong knowledge in data analysis and visualization. The ability to communicate complicated data to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience providing administrative program and project support.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge and skills in event planning and coordination.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong knowledge and skills in conducting best practice research in Equity, Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion and Antiracism.
- Experience working with a diverse and cross-cultural team and audiences.
- Strong knowledge of building effective working relations across multiple stakeholders.
- A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) SharePoint and Infogram.
- Experience developing and delivering training and presentations on equitable, accessible and inclusive best practices.
- Experience with Banner student information system is an asset.
- Demonstrated an ongoing commitment to Equity, Inclusion and Antiracism in approach to work.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

**Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,866.45 - $5,439.62 monthly

**Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE)**
- $4,866.45 - $6,012.78 monthly (ESS - Grade 9)
