Project Assistant

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating proposals to managing schedules and budgets, you’ll make an impact every day by keeping our projects and our people on track.

What you can expect to do here:

- Coordinate proposals from initial inquiry to final submission, setting timelines, gathering content, and ensuring milestones are met;
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgets, tender documentation, and progress payments;
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and organize client and team events;
- Manage project data, electronic filing systems, and supply inventories;
- Arrange travel, meetings, and handle courier shipments;
- Support office operations—answer phones, greet guests, and troubleshoot IT issues.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience, ideally in engineering, architecture, or professional services;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams);
- Experience with SharePoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, and GIS data is an asset.
