**Weekend & Stat Holiday Emergency Relief Manager**: Victoria Family Housing site

This live in position comes with a subsidized housing unit and forms an important part of the support team providing backup support to another dedicated Resident Housing manager and a diverse tenant population. The job description includes emergency coverage at a townhouse community for families on weekends and statutory holidays when the main Resident Manager is on leave. Prior experience working with vulnerable populations is an asset ut not necessary.

**Responsible to**: Resident Manager, Assoc Operations Manager

**Hours**: P/T Friday evening 5 pm through Monday morning 8 am. On call support only

Each weekend plus all statutory holidays
- **Purpose**:_
- To serve the community by responding to all emergency calls and providing direction and leadership when covering for the Resident manager when he is on leave._

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Be available to respond to emergency calls and/or tenant issues and disputes, etc.
- Attend to fire, water leaks and other emergencies and assess scope
- Call in contractor/tradesperson as required and, where possible, as instructed by the Resident Manager
- Assist with unit move-in and move-out reports as necessary
- Keep a log of calls received and action taken
- Be able to cover the Resident Manager on additional days of vacation or Sick days.

**Eligibility**:

- This is a no pets community
- Some experience of maintenance or facilities upkeep
- Enjoys living life in community and willing to participate in community events

Total Pay includes: Base pay+ Daily payrate for additional days on call covered+ Subsidized family rental suite + hourly pay rate for in-person support when provided

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
