**Job Description**:
Working in a dairy production environment, the General Relief Machine Operator will performs many duties including:

- Machine set up and control operation of a production machine, processing fluid milk and other dairy products
- Coordinate production run with packaging and ingredients
- Operate equipment according to standards (HACCP and GMP's)
- Prepare production reports and maintain all documentation records
- Hand pack and build or stack production
- Perform any other related tasks

Work schedule will be 4 x 9 hour shifts per week at our 24/7 facility. You can expect to work a combination of days, nights, and graveyard shifts and schedules will vary week to week.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and nights
- Ability to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrates dependability, conscientiousness and punctuality
- Genuine concern for health and safety
- Strong customer service orientation

Previous work experience in a food production facility is preferred
- Pre-employment testing, medical evaluation, psychometric evaluation, education confirmation, criminal record check and referencing will be conducted as a part of our standard pre-employment screening.
