This full-time position (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) is perfect for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who thrives on organization, creativity, and collaboration.

**What You'll Do**:
This role is integral to the success of our organization and agents, every day you can make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
**Corporate Marketing Support**
- Supporting the delivery of our corporate marketing strategy.
- Helping to create and manage online marketing funnels.
- Managing and uploading digital assets across various platforms.
- Collaborating on social media campaigns and trends.
- Managing website/blog content updates.
- Generating reports and analyzing data to inform decisions.
**Office Coordination**
- Acting as the friendly first face for clients and visitors to the office.
- Managing supplies, meeting room schedules, and office tidiness.
- Assisting agents with requests and coordinating office logistics.
**Tech & Administrative Support**
- Executing on delivery of regular communications to Clients for various programs.
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues (Mac and PC).
- Printing and assembling marketing materials for clients.
- Providing support to multiple departments across our brokerage.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace and other tools.
- A team player who can also work independently with high attention to detail.
- Bonus points for experience with social media management, website updates, or content creation
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role is a plus but not required—we’ll teach you what you need to know
