**Job description**

Fit Dogs is seeking an exceptional Desk Coordinator with strong leadership

Fit Dogs is a well-established canine services company located downtown Toronto, offering dog hiking services in a private forest, dog swimming in a private indoor pool and dog food.

You will provide support, collaboration and leadership to/with: the dog walking team, clients, colleagues and ownership.

You will also inform potential clients about our services and handle the store including cashing out clients, placing orders, keeping a track of the inventory. Keeping the store clear and clean will also be part of your duties.

You will occasionally handle the swimming and walking, including picking up and dropping off dogs from their home, handling them safely in our private indoor pool and ocasionally handle walking dogs for two-hour off-leash pack walks (average 12 - 15 dogs) in a private forest outside the city.

You must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, in excellent health, and eager to learn about dog behavior. Dog experience is not mandatory but will be highly considered, either in personal or professional life. You must have the Pet First Aid or be willing to get it within the 3 first months of employment.

You must be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, team player, good communicator and have great problem-solving skills.

Basic Knowledge of with QuickBooks, Google Suite, Excel, and Word is required.

Valid Ontario driver’s license G2 or Full G with a clean driving record is required. Ability to drive in city, highway, and back-road in all conditions (vehicle is supplied).

In-depth training, supervision, and ongoing learning are provided in a supportive team environment.

Experience is preferred but not essential for the right individual who wants to learn.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
