**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Specialty Gases Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers requiring high-purity and specialty gas products.
This role involves both maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business in targeted sectors such as laboratories, pharmaceuticals, universities, research & development.

As a specialty gases specialist, you will work closely with the accounts executives in your territory to drive sales growth in the specialty gases product line.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the specialty gases segment.**:

- **Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key markets such as laboratories, pharmaceuticals, electronics, universities, R&D industry and more generally any gas consumer company.**:

- **Support account managers to drive the growth of Specialty Gas sales within the territory.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with lab managers, purchasing managers, engineers, and end-users.**:

- **Conduct on-site visits and answer to customer needs and requests in a timely manner.**:

- **Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to implement and adjust business strategies.**:

- **Maintain accurate sales activities, records & market data collection through Salesforce (CRM).**:

- **Promote and achieve Safety**:

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, physics or related field
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in technical sales, preferably in speciality gases or the industrial gases industry.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of speciality gas mixtures, handling equipment, purity specifications and regulatory compliance would be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Google suite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
- Experience of data visualisation tools such as Power BI would be an advantage.
- A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is required.
