**A day in the life**:
As a Marketing Specialist/Manager - Product within L'Oréal Giorgio Armani, you will be a key player in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, from initial launch planning to ongoing performance analysis and optimization. This role demands a highly organized, data-driven individual with strong project management skills and a passion for Makeup and/or Fragrance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Product Launches & Promotions: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans and promotional strategies, including, but not limited to:
- Receiving and analyzing Launch Books to define the optimal offer & size for the market.
- Identifying optimal planogram placement, while minimizing risk/returns
- Defining the promo (sets) strategy, mix, and pricing per channel.
- Responsible for local sets and GWP management and production. Build local set strategy with Activation Manager and pricing by channel, coordinate code creation, production with local supplier and oversee stock arrival with supply teams to ensure timeline delivery
- Coordinating code creation with the Activation Manager/Specialist.
- Conducting competitive analysis
- Overseeing Point-of-Sale (POS) tools in collaboration with Activation Manager, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking delivery.
- Managing ad-hoc forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with the Activation Manager to maximize growth across all channels.
- Validating and forecasting product quantities, communicating adjustments to the Demand Planner, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Responsible for the Promo launch file, Track/manage timely stock arrival at local warehouse in conjunction with supply team
- Plan PLV required for all launches and promotions work with activation manager to forecast amount required
- Performance & Analysis:
- Provide monthly/weekly sales performance/insights to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze campaign and activation data, providing feedback and insights.
- Share launch and promotional performance data with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead user and market research studies to inform brand decisions.
- Prepare ad-hoc information/presentations for Brand and Division updates.
- Create monthly NPD/Circana reports to identify potential market share gains or losses.
- Planning & Merchandising:
- Manage add/delete processes in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Brief the merchandising team on planogram creation and validation.
- Validate and approve assortment plans.
- Product Management:
- Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive landscape.
- Provide support to buyers meeting preparation.
- Manage code creation for new product launches.
- Oversee SKU and portfolio rationalization.
- Make informed go/no-go decisions regarding launch timelines and potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams to adapt launch SKUs to meet local regulations.
- Share updates on launches and discontinuations with customer service.
- Manage the tester strategy, including forecasting, demand planning, and stock follow-up
- Responsible for all product PDPs for D2C and e-retail partners, collaborate with Digital Content Manager for optimal best-in-class PDPs for launches, promotions and core assortment

**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience in product marketing within the beauty industry (specific experience with Giorgio Armani is a plus)
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to influence laterally
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the beauty market competitive landsc
