JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Marketing Specialist is a detail-oriented content creator who will help craft our product and user stories for communication with sales, partners, user base, and the public. Key to success in this role is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while quickly synthesizing technical features from different product lines into straight forward, benefits-focused content that carry the Haivision tone of communications to our different target markets. You’ll join a collaborative team of talented, dynamic marketers that work hand in hand with Content and Digital Marketing, Product Management and Sales every day.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **CONTENT CREATION & SALES TOOLKIT**:

- **Datasheets**: adhere to quality management processes to ensure datasheets are technically accurate, communicate product benefits, and stay up to date in a fast-moving environment
- **Sales tools & Presentations**: Work with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing to create and maintain sales tools and marketing collateral that is aligned with product, industry and competitive positioning
- **Maintain repository of sales tool content**: ensure up-to-date content is available from various channels and portals
- **Coordinate Delivery**: collaborating with internal Haivision teams such as Creative, Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Project Management Office to coordinate delivery of collateral needed with each product release
- **Training**: Create short feature videos highlighting Haivision product benefits for internal, partner and external training as needed
- **Contribute to Launch Readiness**: Plan, coordinate and execute elements of product launch plan working cross-functionally to facilitate launch readiness

- **PRODUCT POSITIONING & COMPETITION**: Research product messaging and competition to create sales tools that differentiate Haivision products and solutions in the market

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree in marketing, commerce, or technical field
- 3+ years in a marketing, technical, or sales role with the proven ability to create technical content and manage deadlines
- Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills
- Highly-organized team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with video live streaming technologies preferred
