As a **Restaurant Server**, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience. While this is a dynamic role and may involve supporting other areas when needed, we're especially interested if you have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and making people feel welcome. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with guests, we’d love to hear from you
- Greet all guests with a smile
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all time
- Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
- Make drinks according to our recipes and specifications
- Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Inform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experience
- Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
- Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; Exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklists
- Other duties as required
