Looking for an experienced receptionist or deal secretary to join a quickly expanding Pre-Construction Real Estate Service team with an established client base.

About Us:
We are a pre-construction real estate service focusing on large scale residential projects with established projects in student housing, luxury, low-rise, and low-income condominiums throughout the golden horseshoe.

We have a diverse team with a tech-forward approach to sales, events, and administration. We tailor our approach to specific client needs.

**Duties**:

- Greet all guests, and answer all incoming calls at our presentation center in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register new customers, and update existing customer profiles.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Effectively answer any incoming inquiries regarding general project information.
- Make outbound phone and video calls to promote current projects and opportunities.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and provide follow-up customer service.
- Prepare handouts of promotional material.
- Update various electronic databases.
- Ensure all guests follow current company and provincial guidelines (ie. COVID-19 protocols).
- Receive and accept incoming deliveries.
- Additional duties as required.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software.
- Adaptability to work with builder specific software and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in a real estate office as a receptionist or deal administrator is considered an asset.
- Schedule:_
- Hours may be extended during project launches._
- Vacation allowances between project launches._
- Qualifications:_
- 2+ years relevant experience and a College / University Degree. Compensation based on experience._

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (required)
- deal administrator: 1 year (preferred)
