**Who you are**
As a key marketing team member, you will develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies and produce compelling, on-brand content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our B2B SaaS products.
**What you will do**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a yearly multi-channel content marketing strategy that aligns with our overall marketing plan, vision, and goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g. video scripts, website copy, slide decks, social media posts, blog posts, case studies, use cases, eBooks, webinars, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging, resonates with our target audiences, and drives lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales content (e.g. information sheets, brochures, roll up banners, etc.) that resonates with our buyer personas.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to review, refine, and update existing website copy, blogs, and downloadable content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency while leveraging their insights on SEO best practices and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and content distribution across channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-quality, on-brand visual assets (e.g. cover images, embedded images and graphics, CTAs, and infographics) to support the content you create.
- Track your content’s performance using analytic tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush). Use this data to optimize your content, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and inform future content marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Head of Marketing, assisting with various tasks as needed that drive marketing initiatives forward.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry news, competitor activity, and target customer behaviours. Use this information to inform content marketing strategies and improve your content.
- Stay current with the latest content marketing industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and techniques.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating helpful content and/or writing engaging website copy for a product or service.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- An understanding of how AI can enhance efficiency in this role, with the ability to use it effectively and securely.
- The drive to hit goals and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- The ability to review and analyze the performance of content and use this information to inform content marketing decisions.
- A passion for marketing and a sense of brand ownership and loyalty.
- **Desirable Knowledge & Experience**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- At least 2 years of experience in a content marketing role, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Proficient with Google Analytics and SEO software like SEMrush.
- Familiarity with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.).
