**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at JRS College, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, driving enrollment numbers by connecting with prospective students. Your role demands exceptional performance, where you will engage directly with prospects through calls, video calls, and in-person meetings. You will guide them in making informed decisions about their education, playing a critical role in their journey and our institution's growth.

**Student Enrollment Advisor - Key Responsibilities**
- **Engage & Influence**: Initiate impactful communication across phone, video, and in-person channels to convert interest into enrollment.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Prior experience with CRM tools is essential for managing leads and tracking engagement effectively.
- **Advise Strategically**: Provide tailored guidance to prospective students, highlighting program benefits to drive informed enrollment decisions.
- **Accelerate Enrollment**: Ensure a seamless enrollment journey by delivering clear information and proactive support.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop trust-based connections with prospects, becoming their go-to advisor throughout the decision-making process.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate, up-to-date CRM records to support team strategy and outreach.
- **Follow Up Diligently**: Execute timely follow-ups to address concerns and re-engage leads.
- **Collaborate for Growth**: Partner with admissions to design and implement strategies that boost outreach and enrollment rates.

**Compensation**:

- **Performance-Based Rewards**: We are excited to introduce our **Performance-Based Rewards Program** designed to recognize and reward your outstanding contributions:

- **Competitive Commissions**: Earn **75 CAD** for each successful enrollment you secure.
- **Annual Bonus**: High performers meeting their yearly KPIs will be eligible for a **15,000 CAD** bonus.
- **Performer of the Month**: An additional **500 CAD** reward will be granted if selected as the **Performer of the Month**.
- **Career Advancement**: Outstanding performance could lead to a permanent position within the organization, with further opportunities for career growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated track record of exceptional sales performance preferably in the education sector, especially in Student recruitment.
- Superior ability to build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with prospective students.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience with CRM systems is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated, highly driven, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a must.

**Schedule**:

- **Full-time**: 40 hours per week.
- **8-Hour Shift**: Monday to Friday.

**Flexible Language Requirement**:

- **French**: Not required.

Preference: Someone who has worked in Telemarketing and Sales.
