**Responsibilities**:
Diagnose, maintain and provide first line support for a hybrid environment comprising an on-prem and cloud infrastructure. Comfortable in a Linux centric environment with Azure/AWS experience. Able to identify and implement performance optimizations.

**Required Skills**:

- Docker, Terraform, MongoDB, Gitlab or similar
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
- Ability to respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and troubleshoot a complex production environment
- Network diagnostics and common file transport

**Preferred Skills**:

- Python Scripting
- Knowledge of file transcoding platforms such as Vantage, Content Agent or Transkoder
- Knowledge of file transfer platforms such as Aspera or Signiant

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or comparable professional experience.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 3+ years of entertainment post experience is preferred but not required
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a professional systems engineering environment, preferably Linux
