Decode Talent is working with a rapidly growing technology company transforming how businesses handle cloud infrastructure and deployments. The platform serves enterprise clients across North America, processing millions of deployments annually. They’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Infrastructure team and help scale out cloud operations.The RoleAs a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll lead cloud infrastructure initiatives and shape the overall technical operations strategy. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with development teams to improve the deployment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure servicesArchitect and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our microservices architectureDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teamsImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormationMentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical leadershipDocument infrastructure designs and operational proceduresParticipate in on-call rotation for production supportRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability EngineeringStrong expertise in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and servicesExtensive experience with Kubernetes and container orchestrationProficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormationExperience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack)Preferred QualificationsCloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer)Experience with multi-cloud environmentsKnowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)Experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul)Background in software developmentExperience with GitOps practicesKnowledge of compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001)Technical EnvironmentIaC: Terraform, CloudFormationCI/CD: GitHub Actions, JenkinsVersion Control: Git, GitHubScripting: Python, BashSecurity: HashiCorp Vault, CertManagerThe OfferComprehensive extended health and dental benefitsRRSP matching program (up to 5%)Health and wellness allowanceDecode talent is committed to working with you in the next steps of your career.
