About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the IT Investment Solutions Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where cloud innovation, automation, and collaboration drive success.

As a key member of the IT for Investments Infrastructure team, you will design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that support Investment, Finance, and Risk Management groups. You'll collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security, Governance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless cloud operations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Snowflake.
  • Automate provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
  • Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, and Artifactory.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for security, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and manage containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Lead key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cloud best practices.
  • Document architectures and processes to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
  • Champion security best practices, strengthening the organization's cloud security posture.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously improving cloud and DevOps processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support critical systems outside regular hours.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, DevOps, or Software Development.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Strong automation skills, scripting in Python, PowerShell, YAML, JSON.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, Artifactory).
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud security best practices.
  • Agile mindset, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, or MVP development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus
