**Job Description: Social Media & Administrative Associate**
**Position Overview**
The Social Media & Administrative Associate plays a dual role in supporting the organization’s brand presence online while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations in the areas of operations, sales and administration. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented—capable of developing engaging social media content and assisting with essential office tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Social Media & Marketing**
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to drive brand awareness and potential sales leads across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics; prepare monthly reports.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.
- Stay up to date on social media trends to recommend fresh ideas.
**Administrative Support**
- Provide clerical and organizational support to ownership, management and staff.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries & reservations and direct messages appropriately.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events (EVENTS/SALES TOURS)
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed (MANAGEMENT)
- Assist with maintaining membership/customer databases, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support general office operations and special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or administrative support.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media tools (e.g., META, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude.

**Reports To**: Ownership Team (2)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
