TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due
- Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements
- Answering inbound calls
- Negotiate total losses/insurance settlements
- Complete other departmental duties as required

**What you bring**:

- **Bilingual - written and oral fluency in English and French**:

- **Must have Collections experience**:

- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- University Degree or College diploma preferred

Pay: $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
