**About the Role**:
As Nuovo continues to grow and innovate, we’re seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented **_Content Specialist_** to help elevate our marketing efforts. This dynamic role will focus on editing and optimizing content for ads and social media platforms like TikTok while assisting with publishing ads to reach and engage our audience effectively.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and ad performance strategies. You will work closely with the Brand and Content Manager to create impactful, high-quality content that aligns with Nuovo’s vision and marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing & Production**: Edit and refine high-quality video content for use across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with Nuovo’s brand aesthetic.
- **Social Media Optimization**: Tailor content to suit social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads, focusing on audience engagement and relevance.
- **Ad Publishing Support**: Assist with the publishing and performance tracking of ads to maximize reach and impact.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with the Brand and Content Manager to conceptualize innovative ideas for video content and marketing campaigns.
- **Archive Management**: Organize and maintain a structured library of video assets and creative files.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough reviews of campaigns before launch to ensure they meet technical and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Familiarity with publishing on Meta ads and optimizing for social media platforms.
- Strong creative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement tactics to create impactful content.
- Bilingualism in French and English is a plus.
