**POSITION PROFILE**:

- Lead and support the Operations, Housekeeping, Sales, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and maintain profitability in all areas of the hotel

**Additional qualifications for this role include**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a General Manager or in a Senior Management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated experience developing key business strategies, processes, and financial budgets
- Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to interface with a variety of different technology platforms

This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take their career to the next level while making a significant impact on the hotel's success.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
