**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and front desk to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Promote a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and positive reviews
- Lead marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing clientele
- Foster a team-oriented culture that motivates staff to deliver exceptional service

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role within the hotel industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning is highly desirable
