**Automotive Service Receptionist**

**Car Care Express GTA** is looking at add an entry-level Automotive Service Receptionist to it’s growing team. Our locally owned and operated prides itself on exceptional customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing payment transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintains payment records by accurately posting payments on customer service orders, recording cheque numbers, processing warranty information, etc.
- Provide customer service/receptionist support to a number of other departments
- Provide administrative support to the Service department, including running monthly reports and keeping accurate records

**Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work within a number of different programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
