**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Data Operations Coordinator**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Onboard external clients, reviewing legal documents before setting up in various different internal systems
- Run client reports
- Assist with the review & analysis of Data Stream to identify trends & gaps
- Manage & maintain transition of Legal Agreements to secured Cloud Based storage
- Additional administrative tasks as required

- 2 years’ Data Entry/Administration experience
- Post-secondary education preferred in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Very strong written communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel & Basic Formula’s - Xlookup, Pivot Tables
