**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management & Development**:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the clinic's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and updated regularly with fresh content (e.g., blog posts, patient testimonials, service updates).
- Improve website functionality, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
- Ensure all clinic services are clearly displayed on the site and that patients can easily access essential information and book appointments online.
- **Digital Advertising (Google Ads & Paid Campaigns)**:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for paid ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the clinic's leadership to establish advertising budgets, determine target audiences, and track the effectiveness of all ad campaigns.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy for the clinic’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, etc.) that promotes the clinic’s services, patient success stories, and health tips.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics on social media and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- **Graphic Design (Photoshop)**:

- Design eye-catching ads, flyers, banners, and other digital content that align with the clinic's branding and messaging.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with clinic branding guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- **SEO & Content Strategy**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO), aiming to increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the team to create and publish content that enhances the clinic’s SEO strategy, including blogs, patient stories, FAQs, and service pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, adjusting content and strategies to enhance search engine rankings and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Working with KPI's and helping build out metrics for the company as a whole
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly report progress and results to the Clinic Manager and leadership team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, ideally in a healthcare setting (e.g., physiotherapy, chiropractic, or wellness).
- Strong proficiency in **Google Ads**, including campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
- Experience with **website development**, particularly using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS tools.
- Proficiency in **Photoshop** or other graphic design software to create marketing materials, ads, and social media content.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of **SEO** (Search Engine Optimization) best practices and tools for keyword research, content optimization, and tracking.
- Experience with **Google Analytics** to monitor website performance, track conversions, and optimize campaigns.
- **Creative & Analytical Skills**:

- Strong creative skills with an ability to design visually engaging content for digital and print media.
- Ability to think critically and analyze data to improve marketing strategies and drive ROI.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, such as physiotherapists and clinic management, to ensure marketing efforts align with clinic goals.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Facebook Ads** and other paid social media platforms.
- Experience in video editing and creating video content for social media.
