**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess and prioritize service requests to address urgent matters promptly.
- Coordinate and support service technicians, including scheduling, dispatch, and site clearances.
- Ensure accurate scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance work.
- Address client inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting company services.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Service/Maintenance Coordinator or related role.
- 5-10 years of overall work experience in comparable positions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks across locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient and calm when addressing customer or client concerns.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to improve processes.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
