**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Guest Service Agent greets and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, check guests in and out of the hotel using the resort booking system, provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, and handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently. They assist with reservations and ensure accurate billing for guest stays, maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and manage in-house guest requests such as booking inquiries for the Cedar Dining Room and Grotto Spa.

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent communication, organizational and multi tasking skills
- Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly to various situations.
- Able to work shift work, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Able to stand for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
