**The Opportunity**:
**What You’ll Do**:
- Responsible for maintaining a group of 150-175 wedding groups across a fiscal year, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each bride, groom, and travel agent.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Blue Diamond planning experience.
- Understanding clients’ specific needs and developing a planning style to fit these needs.
- Offering creative suggestions to fit with clients wedding questions and vision.
- Balancing wedding budgets in Travelworks.
- Work with preferred vendors to book entertainment, decor, wedding amenities etc
- Travel to destination for regular site inspections of BD hotels.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Travelworks.
- Multitasking abilities and time management are critical.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
