While you don’t need to be bilingual yourself, you’ll be working with top-tier clients and high-value roles across the GTA. What You’ll Do Use phone outreach and strong relationship-building to grow your candidate and client base Become an expert in your vertical, identifying top talent and matching them to high-impact roles Partner with senior team members to learn account management, sales strategy, and advanced recruitment tactics Work closely with our Sales Manager to hit targets and grow your book of business Responsibilities Engage candidates through proactive outbound calls and relationship management Promote our brand and deepen candidate awareness of our expertise Meet and exceed placement and revenue goals Maintain accurate records using our advanced ATS (Bullhorn) Contribute to business development efforts and grow new accounts Qualifications Previous experience in sales or talent acquisition is an asset, but not required Outstanding phone communication skills and comfort in a high-call-volume environment Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-through High energy, coachable, and driven by performance-based rewards French language skills are a bonus, not a requirement Commission Breakdown This is a 100% commission role, and your earnings are directly tied to the placements you make. You earn 30% of the revenue you generate.
