**Overview**
We are an established retail chain specializing in housewares and kitchenware products. Our stores thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and great customer service are key. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who can work independently, adapt quickly, and bring strong organizational skills to the team. Retail experience is an asset, as this role involves supporting both day-to-day store operations and special projects as the business grows.

**Duties**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence. Using Google sheets, Google Docs for data entry.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed by CEO.
- **Project Management**: Assist in managing projects, initiatives, and special assignments, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and provide updates to senior management.
- **Information Management**: Maintain confidential information, files, records, and databases, ensure data accuracy, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- **Store Management**: Oversee store operations, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, space management, and coordination of tasks.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, partners, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations on industry trends, competitors, market analysis, and strategic insights.
- **Executive Support**: Provide support to the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives, including liaising with senior staff.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Assistant or in other administrative roles is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs is required. Familiarity with quickbooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with instagram and facebook is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,019.83-$40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
