RANGE: $15.75/hr DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:

- Conducts quality control inspections on products according to company quality procedures and workmanship standards (i.e. performs incoming, in-process, quality control inspections)
- Completes necessary quality control documentation (i.e. collects inspection data as per inspection procedure; records inspection data using control charts)
- Rework of SMT and fine pitch SMT assemblies
- Provides feedback to team
- Assists in training of new inspectors as assigned
- Participate in team quality meeting(s) and provide feedback to team on issues identified after troubleshooting
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly
- Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 2 years electronic assembly, rework and inspection experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality standards; Knowledge of IPC A 600 - Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards
- Knowledge of IPC 610 preferred - Minimum IPC 610 E preferred
- Detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical and reliable
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and oral English is essential
- Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently
- A positive team attitude
