We are looking for Quality Control Inspector in Markham, ON

The goal will be to ensure that materials and products are being regularly inspected on the basis of quality to achieve maximum efficiency.

Location: Markham, Ontario

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow View Station's work instructions and product process plans for all visual and final inspection processes.
- Check that the parts are put on the board in the correct order according to the View Station.
- Verify that all processes are being carried out according to the documentation.
- All issues should be brought to the attention of the QC Supervisor.
- Ensure that all sections of the house are clean and well-kept.
- Understand that scanning the board and performing the operation are not the same thing.

**Requirements**:

- Electronic assemblies, comprising through-hole and SMT components, drawings, and bills of materials, are well-understood.
- Reading values and identifying polarity of Surface Mount components is possible.
- Controlling ESD and understanding quality systems.
- Work habits and housekeeping are excellent.
- It would be advantageous if you were familiar with IPC Standards and ISO 9002.
- It would be advantageous to have an electronics certificate or diploma, as well as enrollment in a technical school.
- It's preferable if you've worked in an electronics warehouse or anything similar.
- Experience as a quality control inspector is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
