**Working conditions: Hybrid, based out of our Markham office**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup and maintenance of operational service data for the implementation of Field Service
- Review and setup of new accounts and contracts
- Maintain customer records to ensure details are accurate and up to date
- Process account ownership changes, address changes and cancellations
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal team members
- Use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our CRM and ERP
- Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Essential_
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role directly interacting with customers
- Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft suite package
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Desirable_
- Experience with SAGE and NetSuite accounting software
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience working on IT projects
