Key Responsibilities
Accurate entry of data into digital systems, ensuring high-quality standards.
Regular checks and updates of data to maintain up-to-date records.
Assisting in the development of data management processes for optimal efficiency.
Collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze data as needed.
Participating in ongoing training to enhance data entry skills and system knowledge.
Ensuring the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data.

**Qualifications**:
A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certificates are a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Familiarity with database software and data entry practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Good organizational skills and effective time management.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
