- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of submitted sales information by cross-referencing against relevant databases and documents.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports related to data entry, underwriting, and data verification activities.
- Create and update documentation, including sales records, underwriting guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any data-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or data entry role is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
