**GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY**:
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supplier Quality Assurance Analyst will maintain a best-in-class Supplier Quality Program that will drive supplier quality performance by implementation of appropriate supplier controls and performance indicators. This role does not have any direct reports.

**Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Responsible, accountable, and own all supplier quality KPI's, including monthly reporting to management team
- Conduct supplier related audits on potential, new and current suppliers
- Work closely with Supply Chain and the Product Development teams to develop new suppliers and, ensure design for quality is embedded in their processes to ensure repeatability, predictability, and scalability
- Measure reliability of the manufacturing processes and effectiveness of supplier’s quality management and assurance systems
- Identify risk in supplier’s manufacturing processes and systems; partner with Supply Chain in the execution of supplier risk mitigation efforts
- Conducting process audits of suppliers to verify compliance and effective implementation of QMS, CAR’s etc.
- Create, maintain, and review the Supplier Audits Results database
- Assess, evaluate, and drive effective implementation of (RCCA) Root Cause Corrective Actions for supplier non-conformance until closure
- Facilitate FAI (First Article Inspection) and part inspections
- Develop and communicate supplier quality performance reports (internal/external)
- All other duties and projects as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite (superior Excel and PowerPoint skills)
- Understanding of ISO 9001 / AS 9100 standards and why they exist
- Strong understanding of relationship between quality standards and processes
- Proficient in tools such as PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, FMEA, MSA and SPC
- Proficient in problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Drill Deep and Wide, Six)
- Must be able to travel as required and ability to travel with short notice

**Educational/Experience Requirements**:

- University Degree or College Diploma in industrial or mechanical engineering with quality assurance/control experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within assembly, manufacturing, or supplier environments
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience leading ISO 9001 / AS 9100 planning, procedure and process development,
