**About this opportunity**

**What you will do**
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Produce test cases that are reusable and of high quality
- Provide detailed feedback and work in JIRA on ticket creation reporting bugs, suggesting product enhancements and optimizations
- Hands on mobile devices testing (smartphones and tablet devices) of company proprietary solutions with high degree of attention to detail is required
- Liaise with architects, Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to define software requirements; and to assess feasibility of solution within time constraints
- Follow industry standards in quality assurance

**What you have to offer**
Mandatory:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA testing
- Experience with JIRA and QA test case software such as TestRail
- Knowledge of testing software such as jMeter, BrowserStack and PostMan
- Familiarity with database technologies such as Mongo DB, MySQL or MS SQL
- Familiarity with IDEs such as Visual Studio Code
- Excellent analytical problem diagnosis, investigation and solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required (ability to receive and provide feedback a must)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under tight deadlines is a must

Desirable:

- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Microservices, Design Patterns is an asset.
- Project management experience
- Results-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation
- Bilingual in English & French a strong asset
