**About Us**:
Pro Reliance Builds is a leading construction company specializing in multi-family developments ranging from 16 to 50 units per site. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our projects to successful completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, city officials, and subcontracted trades to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family developments.
- Proven expertise in managing trades, permitting, and coordinating complex projects.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

- Weekends as needed
