The job function will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Develop and execute projects including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Manage projects within the site owner’s Project Management Framework.
- Develop project scope with appropriate stakeholders.
- Secure project materials and resources by utilizing the site owner’s procurement process.
- Perform field visits to coordinate material and labor resources and ensure work is safely progressing according to plan.
- Monitor and forecast project budget and schedule to ensure plans are on track.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Meet specific project KPI’s as required.
- Engage with relevant project stakeholders including project reporting to management.
- Perform Continuous Improvement of the Project Management Process.

The Project Manager will be required to be in the office Wednesday and Thursday in Okotoks. This is a 40 hour a week hybrid position.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of owner's representative industrial project management experience;
- P.Eng Designation.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field.
- PMP is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient use of Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with civil projects such at water pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in raw water intake and pipelines.
- Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example: permanent resident, valid work permit, etc)
