**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movement.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff in best practices for safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and distribution efforts.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and best practices in warehouse distribution.
- Experience operating reach trucks and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory management.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
