We are seeking for a **Vice warehouse Manager** for one of our client in **Vaughan, On. Our client is**specializes in crafting high-quality kitchen cabinetry that combines exceptional craftsmanship with modern design. Our products are renowned for their durability and beauty, and we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our customers. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vice Warehouse Manager to join our team and help oversee our fast-paced warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Vice Warehouse Manager, you will:

- **Support Warehouse Operations**: Assist the Warehouse Manager in the daily management of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the organization, storage, and accuracy of cabinetry materials, hardware, and finished products. Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time to meet customer and project deadlines.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training and performance feedback to maintain a motivated team.
- **Shipping and Receiving Coordination**: Manage incoming deliveries of raw materials and outgoing shipments of completed cabinetry, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- **Equipment Oversight**: Monitor and maintain warehouse tools, vehicles, and machinery to prevent downtime.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management; experience in the cabinetry or furniture industry is preferred.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an asset.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Knowledge of cabinetry materials and production processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to [insert weight] pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
