**Your Role at a Glance**

**People Strategy & Culture**
- Lead execution of our people plan across all six restaurants
- Support HR practices that align with business goals and compliance standards
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive work culture

**Employee Experience**
- Conduct pulse checks and support conflict resolution processes
- Coach GMs and leaders on policy, performance, and retention strategies
- Champion employee engagement and workplace wellbeing

**Talent Development & Staffing**
- Manage hiring pipelines and onboarding
- Support operations in the development of all roles
- Support succession planning and leadership growth pathways

**HR Operations & Metrics**
- Manage COEs, WSIB, and related HR processes
- Use HRIS systems to track turnover, staffing, and compliance
- Monitor KPIs and adjust plans based on data insights

**Restaurant Profitability Support**
- Support General Managers and Operations Consultants with coaching and performance tools
- Assist with audits, ROIP action planning, and turnaround strategies
- Help tie people practices directly to restaurant performance

**Workforce Planning & Talent Management**
- Lead workforce planning initiatives and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Oversee market-wide staffing to keep all restaurants operating smoothly

**Your Vibe & Experience**
- HR diploma, degree, or strong experience in a people-focused role
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- If relocation is required for the role, we’re open to discussing and negotiating associated costs to support a smooth transition.
