**This Role**:
Quadbridge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and passionate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment and have a profound interest in people development and organizational growth, this position is ideal for you As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategies and enhancing our employer brand to attract and retain top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers across departments to ensure alignment on hiring goals and provide insights that drive recruitment excellence. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Source top talent through passive and active recruitment methods.
- Coordinate and improve the hiring process, including managing the background check process, hiring documentation, and welcoming new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights on time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity initiatives.
- Support the integration and orientation of new employees into the company.
- Engage in workforce planning by identifying future hiring needs and potential skill gaps within the organization.
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations in Canada and the United States to ensure compliance in all recruitment practices.
- Provide HR support to various company units, aiding in staff retention and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process to align with Quadbridge’s values and strategic goals.
- Participate in and contribute to various HR tasks and projects as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by staying informed on market trends and offering insights to improve talent acquisition strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivelant experience)
- 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-growing start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Proficient in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Canada.
- Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- CRHA/CPHR designation is considered an asset.
