**SUMMARY**:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a resourceful, creative, and highly efficient team player who is driven to deliver best-in-class recruiting programs. They will also be able to support our hiring activities in the province of Quebec by leveraging their bilingual communications skills in both English and French.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
This is a hybrid role with a great deal of flexibility in terms of location and time in office.
**HERE’S SOME MORE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process on assigned campaigns.
- Conduct preliminary interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- With support from the Talent Acquisition Manager, is responsible for all call center recruitment activities.
- Manage applicants within Jazz HR ATS.
- As an Equal Opportunity Employer, there will be a focus on sourcing potential D&I opportunities and partnerships. Conduct exploratory calls to learn more and finalize recommendations.
- Assist in implementing D&I, college, and university recruiting initiatives, as well as attend career fairs.
- Continuous improvement of full cycle and integrated recruitment process, assessments, and interview guides for all assigned campaigns.
- Be a trusted resource for internal clients and impart recruitment best practices to all stakeholders.
- Prepare offer packages accurately (letters, creation of employee files).
- Assist with recruitment metrics, analytics and reporting.
- As part of the People & Culture team, you will also assist with other projects from time to time, and as a culture ambassador, will contribute to providing an outstanding customer experience (internally and externally) while ensuring respect of policies, procedures, equity, etc.
**SKILLS & APTITUDES**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be fluently bilingual in English & French.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate, curious, driven.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- College or bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Experience within a call center environment - a strong asset.
**COMPUTER SKILLS AND SOFTWARE**
We are looking for a technology-savvy individual who will leverage such tools and mediums as Microsoft office, LinkedIn, and other social media as well as our ATS so to work effectively.
